Date is disputed. Pearson dates to ca. 1814. Bodleian Library, Osborne Collection, and the British Museum date to ca. 1820. Brown University Library dates to ca. 1840.
According to Pearson, the wood engravings were designed by Cruikshank, and engraved by Branstone. However, one of the engravings is signed "J.G."
Chapbook in printed pictorial wrappers rebound in blue paper wrappers.
